Ingredients:
2 sweet cucumbers, deseeded and cubed
1/4 watermelon, diced
2 tbsp. mint, slivered
2 tbsp. basil, slivered
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Place a spoonful carefully into each bowl of Gazpacho, for taste, texture, and color variation
