Okonomiyaki

ree

64 eggs

1c soy sauce

1/2Gal AP Flour

5# shredded cabbage and carrots, sliced green onion

make the batter with eggs, soy and flour. add vegetables. ladle onto flattop, cook like pancakes.


Okonomiyaki Sauce

1qt Ketchup

2c Worcestershire sauce

1c Soy sauce

2c Sugar

heat ingredients in saucepot until sugar is dissolved
