Parmesan Crisps

Ingredients

  • 12 Oz shredded parmesan

  • 2 sheet tray sized silpats

  • A dash of paprika

Instructions

Using a tablespoon place cheese in mounds 4 inches apart on silpat covered sheet trays. Flatten out mounds. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 300 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes until golden.
