Makes 60 servings
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups unsalted butter softened
3 cups sugar
6 eggs
2 Tbls vanilla
4 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups milk
5 tsp baking powder
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350
Sift together the dry ingredients
Cream together the butter and sugar
Add the eggs one at a time until smooth
Add the vanilla
Alternately mix in the dry ingredients and milk until smooth
Bake at 350 for 30-40 mins.
