Chimichurri

Chimichurri Recipe




1 medium red onion


12 cloves of garlic


1 bunch cilantro


1 bunch Italian parsley


1 quart red wine vinegar


2 quarts extra virgin olive oil


Salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper


Puree onion and garlic in a food processor 

Add vinegar, allow to marinate for 3 hours

Add chopped cilantro and parsley and puree.

Add olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and cayenne.

Whisk before service
