Cream Cheese Frosting

This recipe makes enough frosting for one large sheet cake to serve 60.


48 ounces cream cheese ( room temperature )

2 Tbls vanilla extract

8 cups powdered sugar


Using a whisk beat the cream cheese until smooth

Add sugar and vanilla and beat in until smooth

( Add 4 Tbls lemon extract for lemon cupcake frosting )
