Gluten Free Hazelnut Blondies

Gluten Free Hazelnut Blondies


2 cups butter

6 cups light brown sugar

8 eggs

3 tsp salt

2 ½ Tablespoons baking powder

11 cups hazelnut flour

1 cup chocolate hazelnut butter

2 dashes cinnamon

2 dashes nutmeg

2 tsp maple extract


Heat oven to 350 degrees

Sift together dry ingredients

In a separate bowl beat together butter and sugar until smooth

Beat in 1 egg at a time until smooth

Add dry ingredients and mix until incorporated

Mix in extract and chocolate hazelnut butter

Spread batter into a sheet tray and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
