Makes 60 servings
Ingredients:
6 cups flour
2 Tbls baking powder
2 cups butter
4 cups white sugar
20 eggs
2 Tbls and 2 tsp vanilla
3- 14oz cans sweetened condensed milk
3- 12oz cans evaporated milk
4 cups whole milk
6 cups heavy cream
4 cups powdered sugar
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350
Sift dry ingredients
Cream together the butter and white sugar
Add the eggs one at a time until smooth and add the 2 tsp vanilla
Add dry ingredients and beat until smooth
Pour batter into a well greased deep sheet tray and bake at 350 for 30 mins
Let cake cool and puncture several times with a fork
Separately combine the whole milk, condensed milk, and evaporated milk and pour over the cake
Separately combine the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and the 2 Tbls of vanilla and whip until thick. Cover the cake with whipped cream and chill for 3 hours before serving
