Makes 60 large cookies
Ingredients:
2 cups unsalted butter softened
2 cups packed brown sugar
2 cups white sugar
4 eggs
4 tsp vanilla
6 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
4 cups white chocolate chips
4 cups macadamia nut pieces
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350
Sift together dry ingredients
Cream together butter and sugars
Beat in eggs one at a time and add vanilla
Add dry ingredients and beat until smooth
Add white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts
Drop large balls of dough onto ungreased sheet trays
Bake at 350 for 10-12 mins until golden brown
