The perfect sauce for any Asian-inspired dish!
Ingredients:
½ cup Orange Juice
½ cup Sake
¼ cup Soy Sauce
½ cup Chicken Stock
2 tablespoons Hoisin
1 teaspoon White Pepper
1 tablespoons Brown Sugar
2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
2 tablespoons Water
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients and bring to a simmer on medium heat. Mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water and add to the mixture and stir till desired thickness.
